infra: actualiza hosts CWP/EasyPanel e Gitea HTTPS

Browse Source 
176.9.3.158 → server.descomplicar.pt (IP actual 5.9.90.105 nas tabelas);
EasyPanel easy → easy.descomplicar.pt (5.9.90.70, conforme QR-EasyPanel);
remote Gitea SSH → HTTPS (porta 2222 bloqueada externamente).
