CRITICAL SECURITY FIX: PHP 8.0→8.4 migration emergency deployment
🚨 EMERGENCY: PHP 8.0 EOL since Nov 2023 - 29+ unpatched vulnerabilities
SECURITY IMPACT:
- Eliminated critical security exposure from EOL PHP 8.0
- Upgraded to PHP 8.4 LTS (supported until 2028)
- Fixed all version constraints across codebase
