refactor: renomear package me.capcom.smsgateway → pt.whatsms.gateway

- namespace, applicationId, todos os ficheiros .kt/.xml/.gradle actualizados
- directório me/capcom/smsgateway/ → pt/whatsms/gateway/
- zero referências a capcom no código fonte
